Scope: These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers booked or provided via the website breathwalk.de, in particular courses, training programs, seminars, workshops, and events.
1. Contracting Party / Conclusion of Contract
1.1 The contracting party is the operator of the website, Hanka Sat Want K.
1.2 A contract is concluded as soon as your booking has been accepted via a confirmation email.
2. Services
2.1 The services offered include courses, training sessions, education programs, and similar services related to BreathWalk®.
2.2 Service descriptions on the website are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
3.2 Payment modalities (e.g., bank transfer, advance payment, or other agreed payment methods) are specified in the respective service description.
4. Withdrawal / Cancellation
4.1 You can withdraw from the contract to the extent that statutory rights of withdrawal exist or have been contractually granted.
4.2 For courses and events with a fixed date, special cancellation conditions may apply, which will be described in the offer.
5. Cancellation Policy (if applicable)
5.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the contract was concluded for digital content or services and is not expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5.2 When booking leisure events with a fixed date, a right of withdrawal may be excluded under Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB (no right of withdrawal), provided they are leisure or experience services with a specific date or timeframe.

6. Liability
6.1 In cases of slight negligence, the organizer is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
